Do you store customer data?
No, we do not store any customer data on our servers for data masking. To process the masking, we temporarily fetch the encrypted metadata for processing, which is then deleted afterwards.
Can we unscramble the data that is already scramble?
As we do not store any customer data before or after scrambling, currently this feature is not available.
What Access do you need on Oracle SaaS cloud for running the process?

How are the queries so fast when executing in Kloudstage?
Our mechanism to fetch the data inherently avoids additional cycle time that is consumed by BI reports in Oracle. This allows us to present the data quickly to the end users and save on overall processing time.
How will Oracle Quarterly updates impact Kloudstage?
We monitor Oracle quarterly updates closely and test our application to ensure its not broken due to the changes. Kloudstage product team will quickly communicate and release any fixes to the product if needed due to these changes.
How do we ensure only approved reports are published to Production?
The customer administrator reviews and approves reports to be available in production.
