How to turn Oracle Cloud BPM email Notifications ?
Why would you want to turn off email notifications? – Generally, in non-prod environments, you do not want emails to go out while testing. In such cases, you may want to turn off the BPM notifications entirely.
Another way to handle this is to mask the email addresses in your test environment/non prod environment using Kloudstage.
Here are the steps to turn off email notifications in non prod Oracle cloud Saas BPM:
Step 1: Click on Bell Icon > More Details
Step 2: Click on User Account drop down > Administration
Step 3: To restrict email notifications, change the Notification Mode to “None”
Step 4: Put the test Email Notification address to override all BPM notifications.
